Standley Lake Family Session | The Morgans

David & Nicole and their two adorable boys, Colton and Peter, braved the drizzly and cloudy afternoon for some family photos at the lake the other day! All of this rain we’ve been getting has made everything SO GREEN, and I am just loving it. And… I can’t get over these sweet faces!

Newborn Lifestyle Session | Highlands Ranch, CO

You may remember this precious family from this session at Chautauqua Park – they’ve been blessed with a brand new baby, little Lucas, and I was privileged to be able to go meet him and grab some photos in their new home! Jess and Isaac are such fun, chill parents and I know Kaleb and Lucas are going to grow up to be best friends! Oh and also, newborns…you know? Just so tiny and precious and their little noses and fingers and toes! Never gets old!

Mountain View Family Session | The Johnsons

I am loving these summer evenings lately, and when I threw the idea to the Johnsons about doing their family photos here at my favorite lake in Westminster, they were all about it! We have been having some pretty crazy fires here in Colorado and the smoke has been blocking the view of the mountains more often than not. Thankfully, just before our evening session, the wind came and blew the smoke away just in time to get a beautiful mountain backdrop!

Colorado Summer Family Session | Littleton, CO

About a year and a half ago, I attended a class with Rebecca and Tim and we happened to sit at the same table. I found out that they are some of the most genuine, loving people and was so happy when they reached out to me to take their family photos last year! And then a couple of weeks ago, they contacted me again as they are moving out of state (sad face) and wanted some photos to commemorate their many special family times along the river in Littleton, Colorado. Of course I was over the moon, and in addition to spending some time with them I got to discover one of the MOST BEAUTIFUL places that I didn’t even know existed! Tim and Rebecca’s four girls are an absolute joy to be around as well, and would you just look at those gorgeous smiles.
